We are proud of the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. please return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund or exchange if your new item is defective. If your merchandise was damaged in shipment or there is a discrepancy in the number of packages received please email our returns department immediatedly at email@example.com. A return authorization must be received prior to returning any items.
You should ship the package using Fedex, UPS or USPS insured with delivery confirmation. The Flying Pig Clothing Co. will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages by delivery services. Record your tracking number and order number and keep until your refund or exchange has been received. This also helps if you need to make an inquiry on your return. All merchandise must be returned in new, unused, resealable condition within 30 days. We ship all online orders via United States Postal Service. All orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 48 hours, pending payment verification and product availability. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped by the following Wednesday.
